Driving Instructions Exit 208 Burley/Paul

  1. Turn North at the off ramp stop sign.

  2. Follow the road for approximately 2 1/2 miles. At the first stop light in Paul turn right and head east 5 miles.

  3. Turn Left on 100 West and follow the road North 1 mile.

  4. At the second stop sign you will see the hospital on the North East corner.

  5. For the Emergency Room & Home Health entrance continue North from the stop sign and turn right in the first or second drives. You will see the Emergency Room entrance sign as you are driving in.

  6. For the Main entrance at the stop sign turn right and immediately turn left.

  7. For Countryside Care & Rehab's entrance, turn right at the stop sign and turn left into the second drive.

Driving Directions from Exit 211      Burley/Heyburn

  1. Turn North at the off ramp stop sign and continue heading North for approximately 3 miles.
  2. At the first light in Rupert, turn left. Immediately change to the right hand lane.
  3. Turn right directly after the canal bridge.
  4. Follow the road North 1 mile to the hospital
  5. or the Emergency Room & Home Health entrance continue North from the stop sign and turn right in the first or second drives. You will see the Emergency entrance sign as you are driving in.
  6. For the Main entrance at the stop sign turn right and immediately turn left.
  7. For Countryside Care & Rehab's entrance, turn right at the stop sign and turn left into the second drive.

Driving Directions from Exit 216           Declo/Rupert   

  1. Turn North at the off ramp stop sign and continue following the highway for 3 miles.

  2. Turn West on Baseline for approximately 2 miles.

  3. Take the small right instead of following the left handed curve; you will immediately cross the railroad tracks and the road turns to 8th Street.

  4. Stay on 8th Street for 1 mile. You will see the hospital on the North side of the road.

  5. For the Countryside Care & Rehab and Main entrances take the first right into the drive.

  6. For the Emergency Room and Home Health & Hospice entrance continue to stay on 8th Street until the cross road (100 West).

  7. Turn North on 100 West and take the first or second drives. You will see the Emergency Room Entrance sign as you are driving in.
